Prior to becoming a professional coach, Crawford served as president, CEO, and director of two banks he started for Franklin Templeton and Ford Credit. He was the first employee of both of these ventures and led the start-up, regulatory approval, and growth. He is currently a board member of Nelnet Bank, a newly formed fintech bank.
Crawford is a seasoned strategic leader. For over 30 years he developed and executed ambitious business plans for companies such as Citicorp, GMAC, GE Capital, Zions Bank, Franklin Templeton Investments, and Academy Mortgage.
Crawford has a reputation as a strong strategic thinker, a results-driven leader, and a developer of talent. He is a collaborative problem solver and expert communicator with a unique ability to make the complex simple, understandable, and achievable.
Crawford holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He received his BA in accounting from Utah State University and is a CPA.
He and his wife, Joyce, live in Draper, UT. They have seven children and thirteen grandchildren and take advantage of every opportunity to create magical moments with their family.
